Exercising

Only a little workout, which got me only a little sweaty, while waiting in for only a little package [one of those that only fits through the letterbox if you're there...] - but it was exercise all the same!

Add in some light turbo time too and it feels like progress is being made...

That said, I still can't hop, or move side to side with any speed or enthusiasm; cycling is mainly up/down, front/back, so those things can wait.
