Fife Sky (2014.010)

Went out aurora hunting. Scoped out various locations in Fife, where looking north would be looking away from the lights of Edinburgh.

Sadly, the aurora eluded us in the way that the clouds didn't. Still, I think this is a pleasant vista, with plenty of stars. It may well be worth coming back on a night of better weather.
