"Don't you know I'm waiting?"

Saw this fella on my lunchtime walk, he was all alone on the wooden boardwalk tied to the umbrella. I thought the colours were lovely, all greens and browns, he had such a beautiful coloured coat and I wanted to try capture that, without getting too close to scare him off.

His owner was in a restaurant across the way, such a shitty country the way we don't allow our pets to hang out with us in bars, restaurants, public transport etc the way they do in other European countries like Austria and Germany.
