Working late...

on the new road bridge over the Forth, or "Queensferry Crossing" as it will be known.

Apparently the world's largest continuous underwater concrete pour was completed late in September last year and work now focuses above the water on the construction of the three supporting towers for the bridge. What you can just about make out here is the ongoing foundation work for the north and central towers.

The bridge is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2016 so still a bit to go yet - and at least another three years worth of blipping opportunities...
