the great divide

day 11 | lately i have been waking at 6.30 most mornings, a little earlier than i would like and I always say I will go for a run, every morning I've put it off....but this Saturday morning i kicked myself out of bed and got my butt down to the local park with hundreds of others who were down there already, to go for my first run of 2014...yep you read it right, my first run of the year ...my last was before Christmas ...it was a slow run with intermittent stops to capture the beautiful day...aiming for a faster run on my next one.
