Proper runners in the park today. BUPA greater winter run with cross country runners zooming through Holyrood Park. Great light and skies.

GB vs Europe vs USA. And all very close but women brought it home for GB.

In other news. New trainers to replace the Pegasii with a hole. Also 10km for day 42 and on to bigger run tomorrow.
