Sad Face

This is my sad Face for tonight. Today did not start off as well as it could have.... Fell of my bike not once but Twice! On the way to work, Bloody Ice.

I am now in bed, totally forgot about blip until now, not feeling well and I am up at 0430 to sort my life out (shower to wake up) travel to work (cautiously) Work from 0600 - 1730, home bus to town bus to Glasgow then down to helensburgh, bed ans then up again at 0600 Monday morning.....

So for just goodnight all and I apologise for the sad face selfie...
