Course induction

One of my goals for this year out of my annual review is to complete the ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management. Today was the induction so I learnt more about the course and decided to enrol. It's a three module course (5 days total) with three written assignments. It sounds very practical in focus and I'm really looking forward to it.
