Larick Beacon

Just off Tayport, this is the original lighthouse in the Tay Estuary which kept ships safe on the long run in from the open sea past 8 miles of sandbanks to reach Dundee further upriver. I have read that it was condemned in the 1920's as being in 'immediate danger of collapse' but it looks like it will be around for a few years yet.
