Who put that there?

Here is the Air Traffic Control tower at Edinburgh Airport
From 57 metres above the runway you can see allsorts like an apache helicopter winging it close to civilian aircraft like I did a few years ago. The controllers weren't best pleased that day.... On this occassion I'm walking nearby to board a flight to a warmer place... Guess where?
