Nice to see you!

This little fellow was pleased to see me at the end of a 12 mile run on the South Downs, but not as pleased as I was to see him!! The last 3 miles or so were predominantly uphill into a strong headwind. My face was frozen and a was in need of a strong cup of tea...!
