Steaming

After the run to the viaduct. New shoes ran well and I averaged 7'40" a mile which was hard work for a pace which isn't that fast. But it was faster than I've managed on the mud of the other routes. And I've still got some recovering to do.

Lots of pottering about jobs - backing up files, trying to sort the Netbook out - and listening to music. Ideal or a old, grey day.
