Gale's Ales

This is what remains of George Gale's brewery in the centre of Horndean village, built in 1869. The rest has been turned into houses after Fuller's bought it - then shut it down and sold off the land.

This tower is apparently in a conservation area preventing it from being demolished at the moment.

Fuller's have continued production of Gale's Ales, and the pint of HSB I had in the Rising Sun yesterday was particularly pleasant.
