Today is the end of week 1 of my diet.
I have lost 5lbs.
I ordered myself a combi blender / soup maker and today made a fabulous "stir fry veg" soup.
I used a mixed pack of stir-fry veg. Including carrot, pakchoi, green beans, Asparagus, red cabbage and onion. Added in some garlic and herbs, water and chicken stock. Then left the machine to do its magic for 20 mins.
Wow. Yummy soup and less than 60 kcal per bowl. Bonus.
Downside? Erm yeah 1 small one. All that green veg caused a bit of wind. Hehehe :)
