Polkemmet Country Park

Took the boys to Pokemmet Country Park this afternoon to meet up with some of their friends. The boys all ran around daft, which was just as well as it was freezing!

Out for a run tonight - 11km in 1hr 2 mins, not too shabby considering the frost & ice!
