Fraud

I heard an item on the Jeremy Vine Show
(Radio 2) about people reusing unfranked stamps.
A man from the Royal Mail was on
and explained that it was fraud to do so.

One woman said she’d sent over a hundred
and thirty Christmas cards and hadn’t needed
to buy a single stamp. I was impressed by that.
She even explained her peel off and Pritt Stick method.

The Royal Mail man said a stamp is like a train ticket
- valid for one journey only. But most of the people
who phoned in disagreed with that idea
and politely told him where he could stick it.
