Creeping ivy
Thickening and distorting
Skeletons of winter trees.
But forming question marks
And conversations
From trunk to trunk.
Outlying branches
Undulate
Against the dusking sky.

No kestrel today, sadly. Work kept me indoors and I could only take a short break when the light had already started to fade.
