Bright eyed, soft feathered,
loved beyond limited word.

My heart strings are tethered,
to you beautiful bird.

A ring perched on my finger,
you hold more than I know.

The moment doth linger,
in warm breasted glow.

Inches apart,
flooded within.

How you light up my heart,
when you cheerfully sing.
