A sunday pottering and cooking. 8 portions of chicken and cabbage slow cooked by Lesley. 8 portions of bolognese in the freezer from me. But the fun part was the pizza dough. It seemed to turn out well. Need to give more thought to the tomato sauce base and possibly see if heat of the BBQ is better than the oven at crisping it all up.
