8.28 Miles

I walked to Ovingdean today, a total of 8.28 miles there and back .. Ipod charged so the beat of the music encouraging every single step... I stopped for a coffee when i reached Ovingdean had a short rest and headed home again... Was nice when i arrived home, house all quiet and i sat for about 30 mins before i had to start preparing dinner. I'd promised my lot shepherds pie, so shepherds pie is what they got. I'm now sat watching the tv whilst my beloved washes up the dishes and puts them all away.. That's team work that is!!!!
