Windy and chilly....

but here we find Moments.....enjoying the view of the Cabot Trail as we drove up the east coast of Cape Breton Island today.

Such a wonderful day, to be able to spend it with my friend of more than 30 years, laughing, listening, sharing and connecting again so strongly....nothing compares to the friendships forged thro the ins and outs of lives being well lived.
