Anticipation

An early start to get to Milton Keynes to deliver two training sessions to staff who work in the Exams and Assessment area of the OU. It doesn't matter how many times I've delivered a session previously, I always get a bit nervous before hand. And today was no exception - especially because I'm still a little jet lagged and I was concerned about having the energy to handle any lively discussions.

The first session went really well and I'd even say I enjoyed it. The afternoon was more of a challenge but hey, it's done now and I'm having a cuppa on the train home!
