Practice makes perfect

Two weeks to Halloween and Mimi is already practising her best moves.

Definitely not the sharpest or most scenic shot of day, but it's my shot of the day.

This morning I woke up feeling like I had to show the kids the magic of a forest in autumn.

When I gave them their hug before sleep tonight and asked them what was the best part of the day, they both answered without hesitation: "the slide!"

They will perpetuate the magic of autumn though.
At their age I could not give a toss either about the colours of the leaves.
It just penetrated my subconscious.

They will relive the magic of autumn, I have not doubt about that.

With their kids.

Who will remember the swings...
