Runner's

heel, more pompously plantar fasciitis, has kept me off the road for a few weeks. Today was a special day not only for getting out for a jog, but also spending more than I should on a macro lens for my big Nikon DSLR. Moderately pleased with the heel; very pleased with the lens.
