Busted Back

Here you see before you the amount of pills I'm taking just now after waking with a sore back. I apparently have muscle spasms around my spine and off work for the rest off the week. I am taking paracetamol, diclofenac, dihydrocodeine and diazepam so if sure if you shook me I'd rattle.
