An appointment with C for the first time and she worked with my neck.
Too much of these health issues that take time from work and get stressed.

Me and G met L for a second session. Not so heavy afterwards this time, but a lot of thoughts. We had something to eat. A splitting headache and went home after a short while.

Passed the post office (there are no offices any more but a place where you can fetch parcels) and got my new monitor.
