Homemade Pizza Night

Laura keeps my belly me so very happy. Tell me that doesn't look delicious.. I was in charge of setting the oven temperature and sprinkling the cheese. I'm a pretty brilliant sous-chef, if I do say so myself.

This is the reason I struggle with taking the plunge from vegetarian to vegan: cheese.
