Nuthatch

Not as snazzy and flashy as yesterday's Cardinal , this lovely little acrobat is a favorite of mine & blipper Skip as well. Uninterested in berries, he was vying with this framed BlueJay for peanuts. The Nuthatch prefers them unshelled, the Jay doesn't care whether he swallows on the spot or carries the nuts off in the shell. Lots of Sparrows around as well in the nice weather.

Still no engine light reappearing, so we are still in limbo with the Saab repair. The car performed perfectly this morning to the train, but can't be trusted. We'll borrow my sister-in -law's to go to the wedding in Maine on Saturday.

For the Record,
This day came in with a bit of fog breaking into sunny blue skies.

All hands are healthier. I feel better, just a nagging headache this morning. An afternoon of sleep yesterday and a day off from painting(and the car worry getting there and back, it's a 35 minute drive on a good day) should be enough to keep me heading to wellness.

I'd love to see/hear this bird concert.
