At home: Bath bubble...

Sam daydreams in his bath. He sinks underwater, his senses deafened to the outside world blocked out, temporarily. He is inside his own bubble. All convention disappears. I try and talk to him. He cant hear me. Abandoning all convention, he is not tapped into my world now.

I thought about this bubble. Escapism. How peaceful the underwater world is for a child. How busy, noisy and ordered the world outside is.

No wonder he disappears for a while.
