Over the rainbow

Annoying training day, I wanted to go out on the bike but the weather was awful so opted to return to the gym for a workout before the school run.

They tumbled me - no induction no training.

So I'm booked in for an induction on Tuesday and ended up using the Wii for half an hour. Grrrr

On the way to the gym I stopped and took this snap on my phone, let's hope it's a good sign.

One week to go and I am scared. Tomorrow bike run.
