Gurkha birthday!

We went to Abergavenny's Gurkha Corner to celebrate my birthday of a week ago, and, following advice, ordered several starters instead of having a main course. The result was this, and we ended up not over-bloated, as can happen. Stars of the show were chicken livers and mushroom cooked Gurkha-style, and a side dish of okra. Also here you see momos and soft-shell crabs. Altogether lovely, and followed by pineapple cooked briefly in a tandoor, with icecream.
I think I'll have birthdays more often!
