Measuring up

The dimensions of the rooms in the house we're buying seem to give us plenty of scope to fit in our furniture. Plus bits of furniture we're going to buy.
Flick will get the house she wants and I will get the garage and workshop that I want.
So if this all goes through as planned we will be well made up.

Nice to have something to look forward to for a change.
