Day 17: Step by Step

What to make for dinner each night can be a daunting task. I haven't made Enchiladas in a long time. Tonight was Beef and Bean Enchiladas. I took photos of the step by step process. Not something I've done before. I make it the Mexican way, not American. I will be preparing the tutorial on my Flickr page soon.

Heads up, tomorrow I'll photograph my hubby working on our 18 year old Subaru. It will be a challenge! But I think I'm up for it. :)
