Tofu Vegetables

A look at our second attempt to cook using a rice steamer. After the vegetable frittata, steamed vegetable tofu was next.

Asparagus, carrots, onions, garlic seasoned with salt and pepper. Add cooked tofu. Douse with miri, sesame seed oil and oyster sauce. Steam in the rice cooker for ten to fifteen minutes.
