Runnin up that hill

Another magnificent action shot today, taken on my jog round the block.
I always admire the sports photos in the Sunday papers. Crisp action images of sporting heroes in mid-air, hair whipping round, sweat and spittle flying, ( not the England cricket team obviously ).
Clearly I have much to learn.
