n+1

Today's training ride was very wet and very cold. I decided to get my time trial bike down and dust it off (literally) to remind me that there will soon be dryer, warmer days and that I have to work towards those.

Any cyclist will tell you that the ideal number of bikes to have is n+1, where n is the number you currently own. This is a bit like cameras. If you're thinking about taking up cycling, beware this awful truth; it can annoy your bank manager.
