Rotterdam

Here are the same ducks that I took a few weeks ago. Happy to see they are still around, although according to my research they are ringed teals native of the south american rainforest.

So not sure why they are here. But they seem to have integrated well with the other ducks, As long as you have a work permit or lots of money, Switzerland will let you stay.

Thia afternoon, I forced myself out for a little run: 23k longest this year so far
with 2*3k at marathon pace.
And then came back and enrolled for the Rotterdam marathon on the 13th April (12 weeks tomorrow!). Supposed to be fast, Well in Holland it should be flat! Thinking of spending a few days afterwards in Amsterdam with Mme.
