One Foot Glide

A one-foot glide (that means "on one foot", not travelling twelve inches) is one of the earliest things taught in the NIDA SkateUK ice skating course. This is me trying one.

Don't you notice how relaxed everyone else on the ice seems to be... and how amazingly tense my whole body looks!

Oh well, practice will make less imperfect!
