Nail painting

I painted my nails today.

First, I had to remove the green nail varnish that was already on. This proved quite tricky for some reason. The green seemed to smear all over my fingers. For the first time, I could truly say I was green-fingered; just not in a good way.

Once I'd removed it from my fingers, I painted on a base coat, three layers of watery waste nail varnish and, finally, a layer of top coat.

You can see the actual colour in the photo, along with the other items, including green-stained cotton wool.
