Day 18: An artist and his art

On day two, I posted a blip of my husband Don working on a piece of art in his studio. This is the end result, a 4x4 barn quilt fashioned on the Carpenter's Wheel pattern. These are popular up north; paintings of quilt patterns that are hung on barns, garages, houses, or other outside structures. Or they can be designed to hang on a wall inside the home. They've been his focus since last summer, and he's sold quite a few, but he's ready to move on to other creative endeavors. Stay tuned!
