Right place, right time

Took a stroll down to Ocean Terminal, just in time to see one of the Canadian warships being towed out of the harbour.

While congratulating myself on the happy coincidence of being there to see it, I couldn't help wondering how many more times I've just missed seeing something happen. I guess I'll never know.
