Bainbridge to Seattle Ferry

It was a grey day in Seattle today and quite cold. Kim and I took the ferry over to Bainbridge to meet with book group. We read the old classic by Daphne du Maurier, "Rebecca." We had a lovely lunch, discussed the book and watched the Alfred Hitchcock movie version and were very cozy in front of Berit's wood stove.

We took the 4:30pm ferry and Seattle was quite pretty as the lights went on. Can you see the #12 in the facade of the building? The city is abuzz with 12th man fever and rooting for the Seahawks. Big football game tomorrow.
