Zero Emission

Yesterday we called at Las Palmas, and after refuelling and storing we left at night, I'll back blip the picture later. This morning we arrived back at the location of the Hermod and Husky. Our speed with two tugs is more than enough to justify putting one tug in the fuel and money saving mode. We connected a long mooring rope between our bow and the stern of the Hermod. We will stay here for a week, next week we will change with the Husky. On the stretch to Rio it saves us 40.000 litres of fuel every day, making it a true money saver. I did not take this picture of course; I got it from the Chief Engineer of the Hermod. Nice picture, telling more than a thousand words.
