What already...

What is it with the world - autumn has barely started here in blighty and already we're racing ahead..... although I didn't see much by the way of festive goodies in the shop windows I passed!

Have now caught up with all my emails...phew, then spent an afternoon dealing with two official complaints, neither of them upheld on this occasion. Now I've got rid of all the yukky stuff at work perhaps it will get better and brighter as the week progresses.
