Rain drenched pansy

The forecast had promised sunshine for today but before I opened the blinds this morning I could hear the rain and it continued till lunch time. So disappointing as I had hoped to get out and about with my camera today. However, I managed to tick some jobs off the list instead and popped into the garden early afternoon to take a photo of this poor wee pansy which is valiantly trying to flower in the midst of this soggy winter.
