Galanthus Nivalis

Out for lunch today ..... a walkable distance from my house to R's ...... camera in hand I set off and was thrilled to see this small group of common snowdrops growing beside a wall. They look so fragile but they are far from it being able to force shoots through almost frozen soil. I'm looking forward to finding many more in the coming weeks.
