Fairlie Castle

Built in the 16th Century, but not at its best now. I believe it was bought by a local builder in 1999 to do up, but he was being asked to retain so many features that no-one would want to live in it. A common conflict between trying to preserve things and making them habitable.

There are much better shots of the castle, but I think I will wait until we get better weather.
