It's good to be home

It's funny how when I'm at university, my parents house is home, but when I'm there, my student house at university is home. Either way, it feels great to be back at uni. It feels like I have my freedom back after spending 4 weeks with my family over Christmas. I feel fine now, but I know in a few months time I'll feel homesick and be desperate to go back to my childhood again, but until then our weekly FaceTime sessions will just have to suffice.

How ironic that 'Feels Like Home' by Chantal Kreviazuk was playing in the background then, a complete happy coincidence ☺️
