We were upgraded on our holiday to a 5-star resort - a mixed blessing, since we'd intended upgrading to all-inclusive from our half-board for the second week. However this resort didn't offer all-inc.

The plus side was the gorgeous hotel. Beautiful gardens and layout throughout.
