Perfectly Poached!

This was today's delightful breakfast! I love poached eggs especially on sourdough. I didn't do half the things I needed to do today however I did mange to start working out and take Gloria for a fun little walk to the pond, which involved builders, toddlers and jogging nearly the whole way home! Mitchell is safe in the big freezer they call Canada and it is strange not to have him about! Tomorrow I will get organised!
